Job Description
- Prepare a plan of the workforce according to the actual needs of the departments and manpower plan, and handle all procedures for recruitment processes to arrive at an optimal level and size of the labor force in all disciplines on time.
- Database configuration of candidates for all disciplines to ensure the company providing the human element at the right time.
- Initial implementation of the personal interview the candidates and follow up the implementation of the second interview with the Director for approval of the competent candidate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree - Prefer business
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience specially in recruitment
- Excellent English language command oral/Written
- HR study is preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
