Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk system.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
  • Make Backup for all data according to the procedure.
  • Prepare all required reports about help desk tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience : From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same filed
  • Perfect English Language
  • V.good Communication skills - Problem Solving skills - Able to work under stress
