Job Description
Main Duties:
- Support of sales processes via phone calls , mails , social media , face to face
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Follow up with customers on a regular bases to confirm customer satisfaction
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers
- Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions
Job Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing or any other related field
- Minimum one year of Experience in low current field is a must
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
