About The Job
Multi project group is an FMCG Import/export company that just expanded in Cairo Egypt & seeking to hire FREELANCE RECRUITERS in Dokki Branch
- He/She will be responsible for all the tasks related to recruitment
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Recruitment Websites ADS, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Filtering CVS/Resume via different sources
- Downloading/Uploading CVS to the assigned databases
- Conducting interviews & filtering candidates for open positions
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives details
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter minimum 2 years
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate
- Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic Languages
- Familiar with Job Posting/Ads in different tools
- Data Entry Skills
