- Should be Good in Core SAP HCM Sub modules-Payroll
- ( Mandatory KSA Payrolls )
- Excellent knowledge on Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, & ESS/MSS
- Operational knowledge for Sub module- Enterprise compensation Management
- Added Advantage if knows Talent Management Sub modules
- Can Setup of Basic Pay , additional Payments and Recurring Payments and Deduction
- Expertise in Wage Type Creation
- Good knowledge in payroll Functions
- Payslip setup using Remuneration Statement
- Working knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization
- Integration with Finance & Costing Limelight Embedded Player"
Job Requirements
- English and Arabic language (fluent in both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in a shadow / shift mode in country for a specified period of time
- Analytical ability and Data gathering and diagnosis ability
- Good Communication & Facilitation skills
- Strong ability to understand complex system landscape configuration considering the E2E view
- ITI graduated and Experience
