Job Description
- Manage all the factory activities and operations in all its phases starting from material and production planning till the stage of painting, storing and delivery of the final product.
- Formulate, monitor and control factory's budget, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, plus the minimization of cost and the availability of needed resource as and when required.
- Reviewing drawings for control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency, and engineering effectiveness.
- Check the factory machinery performance and study the new up-to-date machines, if required, for developing the production progress, quality and cutting cost.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering. (MBA in Production Management would be an added value).
- 15- 20 years of experience in the steel fabrication field. And must have experience with PEB structures.
- Fluent in Arabic & English speaking, reading and writing.
- Familiar with the machine productivity
- Gulf experience is mandatory
- Lean Manufacturing
- Holds a PMP certificate.
