Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must , Business Administration is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs ( CRM software)
- 2-3 years’ experience in telesales, sales, or marketing
- able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
