Job Description
- Supervise the implementation of the company's projects in the industrial area of Qift city.
- Working through follow-up visits.
- Responsible to Manage all the activities on site, coordinate and follow electrical and mechanical installation works on site.
- Revise and authorize abstracts with contractors and submit them to the owner.
- Approve the adoption of emergency amendments to the business.
- Initiate work and follow up the project time schedule, Trail the work progress.
- Prepare weekly/monthly site reports.
- Quality control.
- Conformity of the drawings and the executed buildings.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in supervising large constructions site.
- Experience in the implementation of Hungers- Steel structure.
- Practical experience in supervising huge projects realization/installation.
- Awareness of general engineering specifications.
- Organization, negotiation and leadership Skills.
- Excellent supervision skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Residents in Qena is must.
