Job Description

- Maintains the work structure by updating and preparing job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, by their managers.
- Maintains a pay and salary plans, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing monthly pay and salaries budgets.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Improve contingently the HR operations, the employee community and environment.
- Search and establish new recruitment resources for freelancers and consultants.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR operations.
- Assis the general manager in the daily operations and new project and ideas accomplishment.
- Follow up with the General manager action plans, projects timelines, schedules.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager in at least 30 employees, and remotly work teams.
- Experience in managing and activating work community and environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Experience in design and manage employee reports.
- Experience in employee evaluation and KPIs.
- Strong Leadership and team leading skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent experience in searching, computer skills, and e-learning.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic Language.
- Problem solving skills.
