Job Description
We are a GCC restaurant group with 10 outlets. We need a shop supervisor for our khobar shop.
Job Duties:
- Purchasing
- Customer complaints
- Deliveries
- Handling cash
- Food quality control
- Food cost control
- Responsible for sales and p+l
- The shop has around 10 employees that need to be managed.
Job Requirements
- Must have restaurant operations experience and be very organized.
- Must be comfortable supervising and working to support the shop needs.
- Should know how to drive a car.
- Must speak English.
