Job Description

  • Lynks is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team. A professional, customer oriented, and passionate team member who will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the company and its customers;
  • Interacts with the customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services;
  • Assists with orders account questions, complaints, and other queries;
  • Constantly and consistently exceeds the customer's expectations, and achieves Lynks' strategic objectives of providing a top class customer service and delighting our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Lynks' customers with all required information related to the company services with delighting our customers with a superior customer service
  • Provide guidance in areas of professional matters as requested or needed.
  • Apply FCR concept for all customers’ inquiries through all chat channels
  • Handle and retain all the customers’ complaints within the SLA.
  • Provide customers with superior recommendations and actions, and be a driver for customer’s satisfaction and Loyalty.
  • Follow up all customers related issues and provide timely accurate feedback to Lynks' customers and organization.
  • Implement high-quality standards of Customer Service for customers through exceeding all KPI’s threshold.
  • Perform standardized activities and tasks efficiently and effectively. Prioritize and achieve multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
  • Create a smooth communication channel with different departments to resolve customer problems and requests when needed in a highly professional manner.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree from a leading academic institution
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
  • Excellent computer skills specifically in typing
  • Must be able to display a capacity for problem-solving
  • Multi-tasked and flexible team player with the ability to work on own initiative and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
  • Capability to work under high pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent Typing skill is a must
