About the Job

  • Research and explore potential global market sales and Exporting in Company
  • Analyze the global market trends for Company Products sign media products take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend.
  • Penetrating new markets to find potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
  • Identifying direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Finding and following up on sales leads to be able to reach a wider client base.
  • After-Sales follow up.
  • Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
  • To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management.
  • Prepare quotation & pricing for overseas buyers.
  • Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
  • Execute complete export cycle.
  • Identify export new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Propose export annual sales target.
  • Review and update the export target and prospect customer base.
  • Address and close all customer complaints timely to improve customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Good speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding customer needs to be able to provide feedback for business development and marketing.
  • To be able to set marketing and business development strategies.
  • Prefer if work before customer service in multinational company or tourism leader
  • Computer skills
  • Selling skills & communication skills & Negotiation skills.
  • Good searcher on webs
  • Organizer
  • Good reporter person
  • Preferred to be graduated from International / language schools.
  • Overall experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in the same role.
  • Fluent in English language (Written, spoken, reading & understanding) French language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
