Job Description

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the training programs.
  • Assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
  • Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes
  • Develop yearly outreach plan according to program needs and capacity
  • Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) participant and prospect information and mailing list
  • Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated individuals to foster positive relationships
  • Organize training seminars to address staff needs and identify relevant external training opportunities
  • Thoroughly monitor workload, working hours, and the progress of employees working in the programs.
  • Assist in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.
  • Coordinate data collected from the training programs and ensure a proper feedback delivery
  • Maintain documentation from programs’ activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 1-2 years in coordinating programs in a relevant sector.
  • Strong knowledge of program management’s procedures and practices.
  • Great command of MS Office and program management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
