Job Description

  • A leading real estate holding company, located in 5th Settlement, Mohandessin, and Sheikh Zayed

Job Duties:

  • Set up new customer accounts process orders, forms, applications and requests organize work-flow to meet customer time frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Supporting and supervising operation team.
  • Manage customers accounts keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken prepare and distribute customer activity reports maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration communicate and coordinate with internal
  • Departments follow up on customer interactions provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Job Requirements

  • Managerial experience in same role in Real Estate is a MUST
  • Excellent English
  • Experience Needed: 10+ years’ experience in Customer Relations
  • Communication, supervisory and presentation skills
  • Ability to visit the location of the project
  • Planning and organizing, and decision-making,
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
