Job Description
- A leading real estate holding company, located in 5th Settlement, Mohandessin, and Sheikh Zayed
Job Duties:
- Set up new customer accounts process orders, forms, applications and requests organize work-flow to meet customer time frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Supporting and supervising operation team.
- Manage customers accounts keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken prepare and distribute customer activity reports maintain customer databases
- Manage administration communicate and coordinate with internal
- Departments follow up on customer interactions provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Requirements
- Managerial experience in same role in Real Estate is a MUST
- Excellent English
- Experience Needed: 10+ years’ experience in Customer Relations
- Communication, supervisory and presentation skills
- Ability to visit the location of the project
