Job Description
- Handle inbound holidays packages for group and individual.
- Handling Domestic Requests including accommodation, Transportation, excursion Tours.
- Arrange travel for business and vacation customers.
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
- Dealing with clients and interact with them via various channels: phone, chat, email ..etc.
- Closing sales with clients.
- Handling outgoing packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.
- Arranging Tailor Made / Fixed Outbound Packages.
Clients & Payments
- In-House : Head Office, Branches & Implants – (Requests will be received from client) – Payment will be guaranteed by Client's Voucher
- External : B2B Customers – (Requests will be received from Travel Agents worldwide) - Full payment must be received before guaranteeing any service
Job Requirements
- Experience in Travel Agency / B2B / B2C operation Work.
- Excellent in English written and spoken
- Attention to details
- Organized Individual
- Good Communication with, Suppliers, clients and Staff.
- Fast in responding to emails daily, while maintaining effective internal and external communication.
- Able to listen and learn during any training
- Motivated individual
