Job Description
- Making Chq’s as per instruction from the management.
- Following with store regarding adding and Dismissal notice for Monthly Inventory
- Follow up with the Accounts receivable for payments
- Follow up with the Contractors and updating the books of Construction projects of the Company.
- Record all the transactions for shipping companies and reconcile the accounts and Customs release
- Prepare all the document regarding import / or export Material with the supplies and follow up with banks for form (4) and money transfer and all required documents.
- Making file for all the fixed assets for the company (Furniture, Cars, elc…..)
- Record all the Depreciation expenses and make tables by details for all the assets regarding for the depreciation and the net assets value
Job Requirements
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Monthly store inventory for ( Cairo store , sites store )
- Monthly settlement for sites expenses ( Solar Sites )
- Client might travel for sites.
- Males Only.
- Please note that the work will be on sites outside Cairo.
