Job Description

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job platforms/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships between teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals
  • Dealing effectively with co-workers, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
  • Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a recruiter
  • Creative, positive and optimistic personality
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)
  • Excellent organization/prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skill in English
