Job Description
- Present and sell all company services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals turning prospects to clients.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation and possible business at risk.
- Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers needs are recognized and met.
- Acquisition of new customers and business extension
- Direct contact with prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Job Requirements
- Past experience in freight sales at port said
- BA Degree
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
