Job Description
- Involved in the production planning stage
- Involved in the production control & supervision
- Overseeing in production process, drawing up a production schedule
- Supervising and motivating workers, participate in the work needed
- Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective, by excluding the waste
- Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed
- Making sure that products are produced on time with highest quality
- Controlling and monitoring product standards
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Review the performance of subordinates and identifying training needs
- Driving the re-orientation of the factory to the Lean manufacturing including supervisors
Job Requirements
- Education: Required a university degree in Engineering
- Experience: minimum 2 years in similar position in an international organization
- Knowledge of the products, process and quality standards
