Work and coordinate with Manager.
Follow up site engineer and technicians.
Provide accurate reports about site installations.
Responsible for installation time schedule.
Handle customer technical complains.
Take ownership of Microsoft projects from design to documentation and delivery world class data centers
Install and configure MS Exchange, Skype, Office 365, Azure, and Infrastructure, Veritas in small, medium, and enterprise type environments (preferred).
Install and Configure different type of VDI is plus
Understanding of complex MS configurations, resource groups, and DRS configurations.
Install and configure other VMware solutions such as View, SRM, LabManager, etc is a plus.
Maintain various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives as may be required.
Interfaces with vendors, customers, subcontractor, and Project management.

Must be fluent with and possesses an excellent working knowledge of Data Center Critical Environment
Ability to develop solutions and execute plans on complex projects.
An ability and willingness to think outside of the box to find creative and innovative solutions to improve quality / reliability and continuously drive down operating costs.
Understanding of both Physical and Virtual environments
Ability to produce detailed documentation according to as build docs, Visio drawings, etc.
General knowledge of networking concepts and have the ability to configure connectivity and use (i.e. VLAN, Trunk).
