Job Description

  • Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility
  • Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor’s time
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in appointments, board meetings, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes

Job Requirements

  • Good command in English as it will be used in replying mails and answering phones with expats.
  • Being able to deal with Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Job starts at 8 am and ends and 5 pm.
  • Females only.
