Job Description

  • High-level executive whose role is to entail crafting national or international sales plans, justify those plans to a board of directors or CEO.
  • Manage National Sales, Key Accounts and Regional Sales managers to ensure that they are leading and mentoring their teams successfully.
  • Manage large teams and able to identify and acquire the best talent possible for the companies they serve.
  • Maintain close, trust relationships with those under his charge and facilitate open communication between branches and employees.
  • Seek out major clients and form working relationships with the premier buyers in FMCG.
  • Oversee and manage a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical area.
  • Identify valuable emerging markets.
  • Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
  • Maximize company profit.
  • Form sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative.
  • Possess high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking.
  • Assign distributors in targeted market, and responsible to manage them towards Targets.
  • Able to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the company’s sales policies.
  • Identify, build, and manage long-term relationships with strategic distributors in the FMCG Market.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Previous Experience: 15+
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluent
  • Certifications: MBA
  • Computer Proficiency: V. Good

Other qualifications:

  • Advanced professional certifications in Strategic Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management.
  • Must be number-oriented with strong math skills and well-developed business senses.
  • Self-Starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi task, set priorities, stay focused and set clear milestones.
  • Must be extremely well informed about the market in which he works, and therefore able to accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, both on a national scale and also for the individual regions under his charge.
