Job Description
- Determines requirements by working with customers.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Maintains call center database by entering information.

Job Requirements
- Pharmacy Grad
- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Excellent command of English
- خريجى كلية صيدلة فقط
- خبره في مجال الصيدليات من ١-٣ سنوات
- إجادة اللغة الانجليزية بدرجه جيده جداً
- مهارات جيده في التواصل
- توافرالمعلومات عن الدواء ( تركيب +بدائل+ استخدام+ شكل العبوة)
- توافر المعلومات عن منتجات و لاينات التجميل
- وجود حد أدنى من المعلومات الطبيه للرد على الاستفسارات الطبية في حدود المسموح له كصيدلي
