Job Description
Responsible for working on generation of new sales opportunities, gaining new customers and maintaining accounts as well as conversion of leads to prospects and successful project implementations
Essential
- Generate and qualify sales leads for all business divisions
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Negotiate and propose to customer & achieve target revenue figures
- Establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with customers/partners
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Providing management with market feedback
- Develop and maintain customers database
- Prepare sales action plans and schedules of activities
- Make sales calls, visits and demonstration meetings to new and existing clients as per pipeline
Additional
- Planning and preparing tailored presentations per customer industry whenever needed
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Working with the product development teams to develop ideas concepts and solutions that help the brand meet their objectives as per feedback from market
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
- At least 2 years of previous experience with sales records achievements
- Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Confidence presenting to large groups of people
- Smart appearance and professional manner
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of sales, experience in sales
- Fluent English & Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good marketing skills
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to study and understand about market and competitors' products
- Good communications skills, both writing and verbally
- Self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
