Job Description

  • Directly responsible for the continuous growth and profitability of the business and to achieve specific set goals revenue targets with clear timeline
  • To develop and drives effective generation, management and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of new business
  • Making initial contact with the relevant prospect, through to building relationships, and to identify opportunities to bid for and acquire new projects
  • Ensure that business development initiatives of each of business units are well coordinated and will not have any negative
  • Gaining buy-in from the brand and working with the team in negotiating the commercial agreement
  • Leading to a partnership between the brand and this agency.
  • Define the Business Development process and successfully implement across the agency
  • Leading the generation of new clients, optimizing pitch materials, setting up the right commercial ways of working and successfully transitioning new clients into their clients team
  • Create and develop a strategy to ensure that we able to proactively source relevant shopper marketing opportunities.
    Seeking opportunities in regional markets and develop new ideas to enhance work performance
  • Suggestions in the business plan preparation phase and enhancement, updates and auditing for proposal structure and its contents
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities
  • To work closely with partners, consultants and staff as needed on the deliver fee-for-service initiatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of business plan, sales strategy and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Professional Qualification in Marketing
  • MBA with concentration in finance or business development
  • Demonstrated community involvement and activity with
    industry associations
  • Business Intelligence Skills
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) & Presentation.
  • Exceptional Negotiation & Persuasion skills
  • Research and strategic analysis skills
  • Exceptional Collaboration Skills
  • Awareness of preparing feasibility reports.
  • Excellent in Ms-office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
