Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of Performance Measurement including:
- Works closely with QA manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system.
- Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.
- Tracks, Measures and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible.
- Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.
- Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data.
- Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department.
- Conducts root cause analysis and come up with corrective actions as required.
- Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process.
Job Requirements
- 8+years of experience in a performance culture
- Strong Statistical background
- Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework
- Expert knowledge of Performance KPIs and Benchmarking
- Knowledge of dashboard reporting tools
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word)
- Strong attention to detail required
- Strong communication skills
