Job Description
- Monitor customers requests on the company social media channels
- Reply to inquiries and customers’ requests on social media channels
- Reply to customers Facebook messages
- Collect customers data from social media channels
- Provide requested monitoring and status reports for social media channels
- Generate customers leads through digital channels
- Promote company projects on relevant Facebook groups
- Answer customers incoming calls from various company ads
- Provide adequate information to customers on the phone
- Collect calling customers data and reporting it to supervisor
- Form a link between potential customers and sales team to close sales deals
- Follow up with sales team on fulfillment of customers requests
Job Requirements
- BA or BSc in any discipline
- Proven working experience in digital media
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent Knowledge of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
