Job Description
- Expand customer base by creating a list of potential clients to communicate with them.
- Communicate with Assistant Brand Manager for preparing the new design and review it.
- Check samples and quotations of the new design.
- Receive order by email and Send it to Export Operation Specialist to operate.
- Send inquires response to new clients and follow up for not responding clients
- Receive bill of quantity from the potential client.
- Negotiate with client to reach an Agreement on commercial terms
- Inform Receivable Accountant to create a new client on SAP
- Receive new product request & demand forecast from client
- Inform client with Request acceptance to make order or for rejection to reach another agreement.
- Gather information through attending events, researches
- Schedule of expenditure
- Study and analyze the variances of the market
- Implement different sales requests according to the customer's needs
- Arrange a factory visit to the client for presenting the product samples.
- Prepare list of samples for New or existing customers, Exhibitions, Customer's visits
- Communicate with credit guarantee service provider after negotiating with the customer
- Communicate with Exhibition Authority and Export councils
- Determine Exhibition location details and support percentages
- Discuss to reach agreement upon location after communicating with organizer ( also companies)and receiving the quotations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or a relevant degree.
- Relevant certification is preferable such International Trade Certificate
- 7-10 years of experience in Export
- Very good English Language, french is a plus
