Job Description
- Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks.
- Prospecting, identifying, qualifying businesses and call on those accounts.
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
- Networking and partner development
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- Consistently meet or exceed target sales quotas
- Participate in trade shows, networking events and seminars as required
- Close new business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in MIS or related field
- A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology
- Should have some sales experience in IT professional services or a related field
- Should have direct experience in the Outsource/IT Service
- Ability to generate and close complex sales opportunities
- Must demonstrate ability to successfully meet quota and sales objectives
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
