Job Description
Urgently Require Accounts Assistant for a Multinational Group, for a startup branch office in New Cairo ,5th Settlement area to join immediately. Female Candidates residing in New Cairo / Naser City / Heliopolis / Madenty /Al Rehab city with Driving license and Car can apply. Candidates must be detailed task oriented and must possess the following Skills and competencies.
- Preparing Billing invoice/Sending invoice through email and courier to customers
- Preparing payment voucher and Receipt Vouchers
- Preparing and releasing payments by Cash /cheques to customers/vendors etc.
- Preparing Invoices, LPOs, and cash vouchers.
- Providing P.O & Invoice number
- Update Purchase order log
- Filing and maintaining files (Check disbursement, Billing Invoices, Telegraphic Transfer etc.)
- Tracking of Courier Invoices with branch offices and customers.
- Submitting and collecting Letter Credit to the bank
- Petty Cash Management, Other Admin related jobs like taking care of office supplies, and stocks management, printer and scan management etc.
- Travel to GCC or Europe Countries for Business purposes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree of Faculty of Commerce.
- Basic ERP Tally software accounting
- MS Office, Advanced Excel, Outlook
- Females only in the Age Bracket ( 25 to 27 yrs )
- Mandatory Driving license with Car .
- Only females with a driven and task-oriented female with excellent written and spoken English can apply.
