Job Description
Function Support Specialist needed for leading the help-desk activities of our company's ERP System. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving all help-desk tickets from the respective ERP users
- Handling all help-desk related troubleshooting issues in a timely manner
- Manage system master data and periodical system cleanup
- Providing training for new system users and new module applications
- Develop system key users across different modules through selecting & training possible candidates
Job Requirements
- BSc degree
- 1-3 Years of Experience in ERP Systems specifically ODOO is a must
- Previous experience in help-desk management is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent in using MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
