Team Leader/Assistant Web Developer

Job Description:

• Manages and leads a team of developers
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based systems.
• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between systems.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Develop, Integrate and test new modules and components in .net C#/ASP, MVC and entity framework Web development environment.
• In-depth understanding and experience in ERP systems modules including the accounting in integrated environment, is a plus.
• Implement new releases of the ERP system and changing the system design or configuration according end user requirements as necessary.
• Produce Modules documentation according to each module business process.
