Job Description
- Co-ordinate all transportation required for business purposes and handling hotel reservations, hotel accommodations, issuing tickets or visa issuing through the travel agencies or online at the lowest best possible fares.
- Researches and provides solutions to travel-related problems stuff may have experienced.
- Fully informed and stays abreast of airline rules and regulations, hotel reservations, visa issuing and accurately applies this information when making travel arrangements.
- Organizing weekly and monthly schedule, meeting arrangements, keeping files orderly, documentation and archiving documents.
- Administrative duties: interdepartmental communication and reporting, preparation of outgoing documents.
- Schedule agendas for management meetings, visitors greeting.
Job Requirements
- University degree, (AUC, GUC, BUE, MIU) graduates will be an advantage.
- Females only.
- Minimum of 2 years proven expertise in booking and/ or in Administrative position or relevant field.
- Proven experience in office management and strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to be flexible in working hours.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
