Job Description
- Lead production team to achieving target of the pre-determined production plan allocated for each shift.
- Handling production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to Production Head.
- Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
- Supervising & monitoring operators and helpers to ensure the accuracy of executing the production plan.
- Ensuring the application of the quality standards.
- Work closely with the production shift leader to control and implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection.
- Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses.
- Monitoring scrap rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce scrap.
- Continuously developing plans for cost reduction.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related with quality.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Males
- Lives nearby Badr City.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Agriculture or Science.
- Food & Beverages experience is a must (from 0 - 3 years).
- Flexible with working on rotational shifts.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
