Job Description
Purpose:
- Responsible for analyzing, calculating, maintaining and optimizing the product costing to achieve a continuously updated product pricing and promote profit.
Main Accountabilities:
- Sets the cost analysis system from scratch
- Calculates COGS
- Accurately analyzes and calculates the final production cost of each product.
- Charges all fixed costs (Overheads, salaries, …etc) on the product cost.
- Analyzes each production stage to determine the percentage loss of raw materials, semi-finished goods and final products.
- Submits all required reports to help determine the product pricing in terms of competitors and current cost.
- Works on decreasing the product cost.
- Helps minimize the production waste and avoids shortages
- Generates fore-casted cost
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
Experience:
- Three to Five years of experience in Cost Accounting
- Experience in Food industries is a preferable
Skills:
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Very Good Leadership Skills.
- Very Good Problem Solving Skills
- Good level of English Language.
- Excellent knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience with Accounting software systems
