Job Description
- Purchase order's supplies
- Prepare orders which includes but not limited to: (packaging, labeling, revising invoice & handling to shipping companies)
- Deliver some orders to customers or companies (According to business needs & time sensitive orders)
- Calling customers for (Confirmation, Quality control & feedback ..etc)
- Reply on social media & help desk questions.
Job Requirements
- Flexible & Proactive (Active & enthusiastic adaptable doer person).
- Ability to manage time and priorities.
- Excellent in negotiations & persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team (+ individually).
- Familiar with Computer & Internet
- Eager to learn new technologies & methodologies
- Excellent English (reading & writing)
- Ability to adapt easily to fill any gap which may appear in the operations cycle which starts from receiving orders till delivering orders and collecting order fees.
