- Vodafone International Services is expanding in Egypt and we are hiring top talents to join our growing teams as a Customer Service Advisor.

Main Duties .
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Making outbound calls to sell new services from Vodafone.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Graduates , Undergrads and Gap year students are most welcome .
- Sales experience is preferable
- Communication skills.
- No over night shifts.
- Egyptians only.
