Job Description
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests
- Co-create user journeys and user flows with our product owners.
- Design web/mobile products that make customer satisfied and delighted.
- Create low-, mid- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Support for the validation and implementation of new visualizations and user flows.
- Promote and facilitate the creation of innovative solutions to customer problems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) of UX design for Web/Mobile applications.
- Cross-platform design experience (iOS, Android, and Web).
- A track record of working in multidisciplinary product teams.
- Master Photoshop, XD, and Axure.
- Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ideally JavaScript coding.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
