Job Description
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants/ stakeholders.
- Monitor, track and assess project’s progress and handle/report any issues that arise.
- Oversee, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of project team or multiple projects teams.
- Appropriate project closure and sign-off in a timely manner with highest customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring project(s) closely to assess projects’ health in terms of quality, milestones, and deadlines.
- Update projects’ documents regularly.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent written, reading and speaking English
- 1-2 Years of experience as a project coordinator
- Excellent computer skills
- Software background is a plus
- Experience in e-learning industry is an advantage, but it's not a must.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
