Job Description

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation to sustain the maintenance activities across all locations.
  • Evaluate the process of both preventive and corrective maintenance to update them according to the mean time between failures
  • Manage space utilization/layout through analyzing all received requests in an attempt to maximizing usage recommendations.
  • Inspect and evaluate new properties to ensure adherence to the administration services maintenance system.
  • Attend the new projects finishing and in stallion to secure Handing over from engineering department
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues to ensure a suitable working environment for Ibnsina properties.
  • Maintain electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities to maintain safe working condition and reduce downtime
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary to make sure all the required parts are available upon request
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance to meet the assigned budget
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers during works being carried out at ibnisna premises to ensure ibnisna receives the services as required and the adherence of contractor/vendor to internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any field.
  • 6 - 8 years' experience in the facilities operations.
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
  • Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
