Job Description
- Write and upload text by using the markup language XML and ensure the final product is consistent with the original file.
- Receive the original manuscript and all the data needed from the database (DNS)
- Create figures, covers and XML folders.
- Add figures and XML codes in XML file.
- Convert XML file to PDF, MOBI, and EPUB.
- Reformat the manuscript to in-house style using Oxygen (XML Editor).
- Compare the output with the original file.
- Add any corrections required for the book.
- Upload the final product to the database (DNS).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0-1 years of related experience
- Good command of the English language
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of XML is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of commitment
- Time and stress management skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan
- Attention to details
- Team player
