Project Team Lead

Role Description

• Responsible for end-to-end project leading for the assigned development projects which includes development project planning, resource identification and allocation, project delivery, tracking utilization, reporting and coordination of project related activities.

Responsibilities

• Create development project plan
• Oversee the planning, scheduling and allocation of resources across the development project
• Delegate tasks and manage team member contribution
• Manage external, contracted resources to achieve development project objectives
• Guide team members for successful achievement of development project objectives
• Track development project progress and resource utilization
• Identify development project risks and define action
• plans to mitigate them
• Develop contingency plans to address potential planning and implementation issues
• Fill in and complete documentation used for development project delivery
• Escalate any deviation as and when necessary
