Job Description
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of property HVAC equipment including air conditioning, refrigeration, low temp equipment, and other.
- Maintain an accurate preventive maintenance program to ensure the equipment is maintained on a regular schedule basis.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in either written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing equipment
- Supervising technical staff
- Doing full down time analysis for machines and spare parts.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bsc. degree in Mechatronics or Power Mechanical Engineering.
- Fast Thinking
- Analytical Skills
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must have knowledge of pumps repair, alignment and maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of chiller operations and air handler operation
- Be able to communicate effectively with the staff in all departments to clearly understand the repairs being requested
