Job Description
- Reviewing and Executing purchase and sale contract for each Business.
- Perform General Execution tasks like Preparing documents instructions to be sent to the sellers and review the issued documents accordingly in addition to issuing in-house relevant documents for each shipment.
- Appointing service providers like insurance and inspectors.
- Ensure timely and accurate contractual notifications has been sent to clients, sellers, and service providers with the details of each vessel
- Prepare and issue contractual shipping documents and presentation of payments.
- Follow up the payments and the collection.
- Update all the customers with the pricing and issue final price settlements in due time.
- Maintain relationship with other teams like Commercial, Finance and other departments within the company to ensure that each shipment is executed smoothly
