Job Description
Main Duties:
- All related to the factory
- Assisting entire operation of the plant and machinery with full Adv technical support.
- Keep the plant running as efficiently as possible.
- Assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on time.
- Provides complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target.
- Overall supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control etc.
- Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.
- Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, suppliers and technical staff.
- Develops and controls plans and budgets for the maintenance area.
- Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner.
- Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress.
- Co-ordination with sales & purchase depts. for the effective output of the plant.
- Schedules people, machines, materials, and support services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements.
- Ensures team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on daily.
- Completes performance evaluations and counseling session in a timely and constructive manner.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Commit to plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

Job Requirements
- Mechanical Power engineering graduate
- Proven work experience as a plant manager
- Proven managerial experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Computer literacy
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Experience in the plastics industry
- Preferred to have experience in the manufacturing of water filters
