Job Description
- Build Effective reporting system to evaluate sales performance.
- Analyze all sales targets and data to monitor sales performance.
- Follow up with sales team implementation of sales plan.
- Increase the efficiency of the sales team by creating and managing Key Performance Indicators.
- Assist business development manager in developing the network to increase market penetration.
- Coordinate with regional sales managers and non-traditional sales manager to update and maintain sales department database.
- Assist Business Development manager preparing annual/periodical tracking and budget targets.
- Work with Business Development manager in any sales development project.
Job Requirements
- Bsc. the degree of Business Administration
- Experience from 5 to 7 years preferably in FMCG industry.
- Excellent application of MS office
- Very strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership
- Very good command of English language
