Job Description
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Record and distribute meeting minutes;
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Interpret during meetings and field visits;
- Design and maintain database;
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Reviewing operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
