Job Description

  • Set-up department, reports, standards, SOPs, etc.
  • Participate the hiring of agents.
  • Supervises/manages the daily activities and performance of the Call Center Agents
  • Handles Agents' needed for on-job training and coaching
  • Monitors transactions to ensure that standards are met
  • Ensures the Agent's KPI’s are met
  • Report periodically to management the Call Center results.
