Job Description
- Set-up department, reports, standards, SOPs, etc.
- Participate the hiring of agents.
- Supervises/manages the daily activities and performance of the Call Center Agents
- Handles Agents' needed for on-job training and coaching
- Monitors transactions to ensure that standards are met
- Ensures the Agent's KPI’s are met
- Report periodically to management the Call Center results.
