Job Description
Main Duties & responsibilities:
- Quarter inventory for fixed assets for all branches.
- Semiannual inventory for used assets at warehouse.
- Issue & follow up Transfer in & Out from warehouse.
- Asset coding.
- Creating site codes for new locations.
- Asset coordination with Administration for (service, & HW) delivery externally & internally.
- Creating database for POS through hard copy delivery note.
- Issuance for service requests for new hires &Rotation plan.
- Follow up & monitor maintenance issues with Helpdesk team.
- Follow up inspection for new items.
- Archiving documents.
- Coordinate with HR Team and trace the hiring plan job needs through requests.
- Monitoring I.O through ERP(System) (As planned for the coming period)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts in Business administration
- Minimum One Year of Experience.
Personal skills:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to work efficiently with people in different culture
