Job Description

Main Duties & responsibilities:

  • Quarter inventory for fixed assets for all branches.
  • Semiannual inventory for used assets at warehouse.
  • Issue & follow up Transfer in & Out from warehouse.
  • Asset coding.
  • Creating site codes for new locations.
  • Asset coordination with Administration for (service, & HW) delivery externally & internally.
  • Creating database for POS through hard copy delivery note.
  • Issuance for service requests for new hires &Rotation plan.
  • Follow up & monitor maintenance issues with Helpdesk team.
  • Follow up inspection for new items.
  • Archiving documents.
  • Coordinate with HR Team and trace the hiring plan job needs through requests.
  • Monitoring I.O through ERP(System) (As planned for the coming period)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts in Business administration
  • Minimum One Year of Experience.

Personal skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to work efficiently with people in different culture
